IOM Builds Capacities on Detection of Forged Documents/Visas and Passenger Profiling
Podgorica - Within the Western Balkans Integrated Border Management Capacity Building Facility (WBIBM), IOM Montenegro organized a one-day training for officials of the Directorate General for Consular Affairs within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro (MoFA) on “Detection of Forged Documents/Visas and Passenger Profiling”.
The training was held in Podgorica on 01 June 2023 with an aim to strengthen the capacities of MoFA in relation to the detection of forged documents and visas.
Officials had an opportunity to get acquainted with the process of checking and verifying security features in a document, checking for obvious traces of manipulation, impostor detection, profiling, and conducting an interview.
