Awareness-Raising Campaign: "Break The Chain. Report Human Trafficking" - Let's stand together in the fights against Human Trafficking
From October 2nd to October 18th, 2023, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) actively spearheaded an impactful online awareness-raising campaign as part of the project "Enhancing Migrant Reintegration and Protection Services in Montenegro."
The campaign, themed 'BREAK THE CHAIN. REPORT HUMAN TRAFFICKING,' sought to inform the public about the pervasive issue of human trafficking, instill a sense of prevention, and disseminate crucial information regarding available reporting channels. Recognizing that an informed and aware society is better equipped to identify signs of human trafficking and undertake preventive measures, the campaign aimed to foster a united front against this grave violation of human rights.
The comprehensive campaign included the creation and distribution of visuals, radio commercials, and
video materials across multiple platforms such as Facebook, various TV channels, and radio stations.
Notably, the campaign featured a special appearance in the morning TV program on October 18, 2023,
in commemoration of European Anti-Trafficking Day.
In total, 10 visuals, 2 videos, and 2 sets of stories were published and sponsored, reaching a wide audience. The campaign achieved substantial outreach with 91,251 views for the video, 87,070 for the short video, and a general reach of 48,148 for the visuals.
