DONATION OF TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT TO MONTENEGRO'S MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR, CRIME FIGHTING SECTOR
The second installment of technical equipment, including computers, monitors, UPS devices, specialized binoculars, and other equipment, was delivered today to the Group for Combating the Criminal Acts of Smuggling, Human Trafficking, and Illegal Migration within the Crime Fighting Sector.
The equipment was handed over by the Chief of the IOM Montenegro Mission, Vladimir Gjorgjiev, and received by the head of the group, Velibor Koprivica.
This donation was made possible through the project 'Western Balkans Joint Actions Against Smuggling of Migrants and Trafficking in Human Beings (WBJAST),' funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.
As IOM, we are proud to be able to provide support to the Group for Combating the Criminal Acts of Smuggling, Human Trafficking, and Illegal Migration. With this equipment, the group's officers will be better equipped to deal with serious issues, combating the crimes of human trafficking, people smuggling, and illegal migration.
We are honored to be part of this joint effort and look forward to the positive impact this donation will have on the community.
IOM Montenegro will continue working together towards a safer and more secure future for all.
