IOM Montenegro Enhancing the Capacities of Practitioners in the Process of Integrated Approach to Reintegration of Returnees
Budva - IOM Montenegro enhancing the capacities of practitioners in the process of integrated approach to reintegration of returnees.
IOM Montenegro organized a two-day training for return and reintegration practitioners and stakeholders from the Ministry of Interior engaged in this area of work. The training presented IOM approach to reintegration by underlining the complex process of reintegration which requires a complete and a needs-based response at the individual, community, and structural levels.
Furthermore, training also facilitated a common understanding of reintegration approaches and practice among reintegration practitioners in the field, interview techniques with returnees, practical guidance on the design, implementation, and monitoring of reintegration assistance for returnees.
High engagement and positive feedback received from professionals who participated at the training accounts for most valuable achievement for the organizers and also for future capacity building in this area.
