IOM Montenegro - Sustainable Solutions for Knowledge Transfer on PSEA and SEA Free-Environment
Podgorica - IOM Montenegro organized fourth roll out training on „Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA)" from 12 to 13 April 2023, aiming to raise awareness and educate relevant professionals, working in direct contact with migrants and VoTs, to affirm their commitment to actively prevent and respond to sexual exploitation and abuse.
Throughout four roll-out trainings, IOM Montenegro team had positive feedback from participants attending these trainings, whereby professionals emphasized the need for further capacity building in this area and awareness raising on PSEA and human-based approach, which remain crucial in everyday work, in particular to professionals who provide direct assistance to migrants and other vulnerable groups.
This activity was organized in the scope of two complementary projects: „Enhancing migrant reintegration and protection services in Montenegro" funded by the IOM Development Fund and “Western Balkans Integrated Border Management Capacity Building Facility (WBIBM)” funded by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.
